Refunds & access help

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Let’s get you playing.

For access or purchase problems, email info@courtroomgames.com with your order reference and account email. Tell us what happened and what device and browser you were using. Never send your password or card number.

Can’t sign in?

Use Forgot password to request a secure, single-use reset link. Check spam and junk folders. New players must verify their email before purchasing or joining a jury. If the link has expired, request another from your account.

Your case has not appeared?

Check Order history while signed into the purchasing account. Pending orders are waiting for payment confirmation. If you were charged but access is missing, send us the order reference so we can investigate. A refund, expired tester grant or revoked tester grant may remove access.

Problems joining a private jury?

You need a verified account and a current invitation. The room must still be in its review period with a seat available. A foreperson can replace an invitation link; ask for the latest one if yours stops working. The host must retain valid case access.

Digital content and changing your mind

Our cases are supplied online through your account. Before payment you request immediate digital access and acknowledge that, where applicable, your 14-day cancellation right ends when supply begins with that consent. We do not ordinarily refund a change of mind after that point. Your order confirmation records the consent.

This policy does not override cancellation rights where the legal requirements for ending them have not been met, or any other mandatory consumer rights.

Faulty or misdescribed content

If a fault prevents access or materially affects play, contact us. We will investigate and, where appropriate, repair the problem or restore or replace access within a reasonable time. If that is not possible, unsuccessful, or another remedy is required by law, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. These rights are not limited to our discretion.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Payment providers control when the funds appear. A full refund removes the case access supplied by that purchase and any private-jury access relying on it. Other valid purchases or grants on your account remain separate.

If a payment is disputed, contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Nothing in this request prevents you from exercising a right to raise a dispute with your payment provider.
