THE GOOD PART IS THE DOUBT

A convincing story
isn’t always
a convincing case.

A witness can be certain and still be wrong. A message can sound damning until you read the rest. Someone can lie without being guilty of the charge.

Our courtroom games put those distinctions in your hands. Each original trial brings together testimony, cross-examination and evidence you can revisit. You won’t need a law degree. You will need an open mind.

BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR SEAT

A few things
you might be wondering.

Can I play on my own?+

Absolutely. Work through the same testimony and exhibits at your own pace. Save your progress, keep private notes and deliver your own verdict.

How does a private jury work?+

One purchase covers the buyer and up to five invited players in a private jury. Guests create free accounts. The foreperson sets review and voting deadlines. Everyone reads the trial before discussion opens.

Do I need to know US law?+

No. The fictional judge explains the charge, the burden of proof and the questions you need to decide. The American courtroom setting uses simplified rules designed for play.

Can we play at different times?+

Yes. Choose a short game-night window or several days. Everyone can review independently; the private discussion and ballots remain available during deliberation.

What devices can I use?+

Use a current browser on a computer, tablet or phone. A larger screen is helpful when comparing documents. No installation is needed. An internet connection is required.

Are these real criminal cases?+

No. The people, organisations and events in our games are fictional. The cases explore the kinds of conflicting evidence and difficult decisions that make courtroom stories compelling.

Can I pause and come back?+

Yes. Completed chapters and saved notes stay in your account. Jury deadlines continue to run even when a member is offline.

What if our jury disagrees?+

A group verdict requires unanimity in our game. If the final votes are split or a member has not voted, the outcome is no unanimous verdict. Your debrief still opens.
